Acrylic sheet, also known as plexiglass (PMMA),
is a thermoplastic engineering plastic polymerized from methyl methacrylate. It has crystal-like transparency with light transmittance over 92%, earning the reputation of “plastic crystal”. It is lightweight (about half the weight of glass), shatter-resistant, and offers excellent processability, allowing both thermoforming and machining. It is widely used in architectural glazing, shop windows, advertising light boxes, signage, crafts, medical equipment and other fields.
